When will my order be sent?

When your order is completed:

Orders (from EU countries) placed on Monday to Friday before 3:30PM will be sent the same day. Orders placed in weekends will be sent on Monday.

Orders (outside EU countries) placed on Monday to Friday before 3:30PM will be sent at Friday. Orders placed in weekends will be sent at Friday.

Pre-orders: your order will be sent a day in advance to the release date. For delivery times in other countries, look here.

How will my order be shipped?

Every order is shipped in custom-made boxes, keeping the risk of damage as limited as possible. Orders in Europe are shipped with DHL and orders outside of Europe will be shipped with PostNL.

When your order is packed, you will receive an e-mail with a track & trace to follow your package
