Unfortunately, a production error has been discovered with the Jan van Haasteren puzzle "Can we fix it?" 1000 pieces (1110100809). As a result, the puzzle does not completely match the image on the box and the included poster. Fortunately, the image of the 2000-piece puzzle does match the puzzle. When will my order be sent?

When your order is completed:

Orders (from EU countries) placed on Monday to Friday before 3:30PM will be sent the same day. Orders placed in weekends will be sent on Monday.

Orders (outside EU countries) placed on Monday to Friday before 3:30PM will be sent at Friday. Orders placed in weekends will be sent at Friday.

Pre-orders: your order will be sent a day in advance to the release date. For delivery times in other countries, look here.

How will my order be shipped?

Every order is shipped in custom-made boxes, keeping the risk of damage as limited as possible. Orders within Europe are shipped with DHL and orders outside of Europe will be shipped with PostNL.

When your order is packed, you will receive an email with a track & trace to follow your package

Can I pre-order a new puzzle?

New releases of Jan van Haasteren puzzles can be pre-ordered with us. This way, you are guaranteed a copy as soon as the puzzle is released. Your order will then be delivered when all products are available (so no partial shipments).
