What extras do I receive with my order?
With every (pre) you will get:
- With each puzzle you will get a custom zip bag
- With every order you will recieve a handy JvH notepad
- When you order at least two puzzles you will receive a bookmark
- For every order over € 50.- you will receive a handy magnifying glass.
When will my order be sent?
Orders within the EU
If you order on a working day before 3:30 pm, we will ship your order the same day. Orders placed after 3:30 pm or during the weekend will be shipped on the next working day.
Orders outside the EU
Orders outside the EU are dispatched on Fridays only. Orders placed before 1:00 pm on Friday will be shipped that same day. Orders placed after 1:00 pm will be shipped the following Friday. For delivery times, look here.
How will my order be shipped?
Every order is shipped in custom-made boxes, keeping the risk of damage as limited as possible. Orders within Europe are shipped with DHL and orders outside of Europe will be shipped with PostNL.
When your order is packed, you will receive an email with a track & trace to follow your package
Can I pre-order a new puzzle?
New releases of Jan van Haasteren puzzles can be pre-ordered with us. This way, you are guaranteed a copy as soon as the puzzle is released. Your order will then be delivered when all products are available (so no partial shipments).
