How do we handle your order?

All orders before 3:30 pm to Monday to Friday:

* Your order will be shipped the same day with DHL or PostNL.

* Delivery times depend on the destination. The expected delivery you can find HERE.

* When your order is packed you will recieve a shipping confirmation with a link to track the package.

* Orders placed in the weekend will be shipped at Monday.

Exceptions to this are:

* Your order has not yet been paid. We only ship after your order has been paid.

* The puzzle(s) are not in stock. The expected delivery date is stated in the relevant puzzle. NOTE: if you order multiple puzzles, the order will only be shipped once it is complete.

* Force of the majority. In that case we will contact you personally.

Extras with every order:

We always include some extras in the box:

* With each puzzle you will receive a custom zipper bag to store the puzzle pieces in.

* With every order you will receive a nice JvH notepad

* When you order at least two puzzles you wil also receive a Jan van Haasteren bookmark.

* For every order over €50,- you will receive a handy magnifying glass.
