Complaint about a puzzle or the Jan van Haasteren brand
The publisher and rights holder of all Jan van Haasteren products is Royal Jumbo. For questions about posters, warranty or complaints, please contact Royal Jumbo directly.
Complaint about your order
Please contact us by email within 5 days of receiving your order. Include your name, order number and a description of your complaint. We will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the next steps.
