Shipping & Delivery

If you place your order on a working day before 3:30 pm, we will send your order the same day. Orders placed after 3:30 pm will be sent on the next working day. If you order a pre-order puzzle, you will see the estimated shipping date during checkout. Tip: During checkout, you can choose the working day on which you would like us to send your order.
Within Europe, we send orders with DHL. Outside Europe, we send orders with PostNL. Once your parcel arrives in the destination country, it will be handed over to the local delivery service for the final delivery.
Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country. For orders within the Netherlands, shipping costs are €5.80. (Orders of €100 or more qualify for free shipping). Your order is usually delivered within 1 working day.

Yes, you can collect your order from one of our three collection points:
- Our shop in Roelofarendsveen
- Els Rooswinkel in Bennekom (near Ede)
- De Ontbrekende Stukjes in Dordrecht
As soon as your order is ready for collection, we will send you an email.
