If your order is shipped to the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany and you placed your order using an account, you can add more puzzles to your order without paying any extra shipping costs. Simply place a new order and, during checkout, select 'Combine with another order' in Step 2: Delivery address. We will combine your orders and send them together. If this option is no longer available, your previous order has already been processed and packed. Unfortunately, we can no longer combine your orders.
A pre-order is an order for a puzzle that is not yet available. New puzzles are usually available to pre-order in our webshop about 4 weeks before the official release date. By placing a pre-order, you are guaranteed a copy as soon as the puzzle becomes available. We send your order one day before the official release date. During checkout, you can choose to have your pre-order sent at a later date.
The available payment methods vary by country. We offer the payment methods that are most commonly used in your country. Before you place your order, you will see the available payment options during checkout. We do not offer payment services such as Klarna, Riverty or AfterPay. However, you can choose to pay later. We will reserve your order and send it as soon as we receive your payment, provided it is received within 30 days.
- With every puzzle, you will receive a matching grip bag to store the puzzle pieces after completing the puzzle.
- With every order, you will receive a JvH notepad
- When you order two or more puzzles, you will receive a Jan van Haasteren bookmark.
- For orders over €50, you will receive a magnifying glass.
