No not yet. Due to logistics and storage this is currently not possible. Perhaps this will change in the future.
We do not have separate posters. These can be obtained upon request from Jumbo; please fill out the contract via the following link, and they will assist you further: www.jumbo.eu.

Within Europe, we use DHL for shipping. Outside Europe, we ship with PostNL. Currently, it is not yet possible to choose PostNL for shipments within Europe, however, this may become an option in the near future.
Certainly! Besides our online store, we also have a physical shop. All Jan van Haasteren products available in the webshop are stocked in our store as well. You can also place an order online and choose to pick it up at our store. The This option ensures that your puzzles are reserved and saves on shipping costs!
Opening hours: Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:00 and on Saturdays from 11:00 to 14:00.
Address: Zuideinde 1H, 2371 BP Roelofarendsveen (near Leiden). Drive into the parking lot, go left under the canopy, and you'll see the store on the right-hand side.
We have several Pick Up locations. The first option is our physical store in Roelofarendsveen. Additionally, exclusively during new releases, you can also pick up your order at Els Rooswinkel in Bennekom and at Ontbrekende Stukjes in Dordrecht. The addresses and information of these locations are provided when you select this 'pickup option'. You will always receive an email when your order is ready for pick up.

These sizes are approximate and may vary slightly.
New releases of Jan van Haasteren puzzles can be pre-ordered with us. This way, you are guaranteed a copy as soon as the puzzle is released. Your order will then be delivered when all products are available (so no partial shipments).

The available payment methods vary by country. Before placing your order, you will see an overview of the accepted payment methods. In the Netherlands, you can pay with iDeal, PayPal, and manual bank transfer.
If your order is delivered damaged, please send an email to info@jvh-puzzels.nl within 5 working days of receiving the package. Include your name, order number, and a description of the issue. Attach photos of the outside of the shipping box, the inside of the shipping box showing the damaged puzzles and any packaging material, and a photo of the damaged puzzles themselves. We will then contact you to find a suitable solution.
