USA shipments temporarily on hold.
Update: Shipping to the USA (December 11, 2025)
Dear customer,
We would like to update you regarding shipments to the United States. Unfortunately, there have been no new developments, and the new regulations remain in effect. This makes it impossible for us to send orders to the USA. As a result, we have had to make the decision to suspend all shipments to the USA indefinitely. All orders that are currently on hold will be canceled, and payments will be refunded. We understand that this is not the news you were hoping to hear. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment this may cause, but unfortunately, we are left with no other option. However, as we do not know when shipping to the USA will become possible again, it is unfortunately not feasible for us to reserve or set aside puzzles for future shipment.

Update: Shipping to the USA (September 29, 2025)
We received clarification regarding import duties for shipments to the United States. Unfortunately, all costs are charged to the sender rather than the recipient. This includes a general duty of 15% on the value of the puzzles, plus a $33 Merchandise Processing Fee and a $1 Harbour Fee per invoice. This financial and administrative arrangement makes it unfeasible to ship orders to the USA at this time.
For this reason, we have decided to pause shipments to the United States until further notice. We sincerely regret this, as we know many puzzlers overseas look forward to their orders.
That said, we remain hopeful. Should the situation change in the coming months, we will gladly review the possibilities and do everything we can to make shipping to the USA available again.
Dear customer,
The situation at August 24: Due to new regulations in the United States, it is temporarily not possible to send parcels and packets to the United States via PostNL or DHL. So far, U.S. Customs has not provided clarity on how these shipments would be allowed into the country. As a result, starting from August 23, it will temporarily no longer be possible to send parcels to the U.S.
