You're missing a piece from a new Jan van Haasteren puzzle and you still have the receipt.
If there's an issue with your new puzzle, please contact Jumbo. They provide a two-year warranty upon presentation of a proof of purchase.
Visit the Jumbo - Contact website and fill out the contact form as completely as possible. After you submit this, you'll receive a confirmation by email.
Jumbo will respond to your request, which may take some time.
You’re missing a piece from a Jan van Haasteren puzzle up to 2000 pieces.
If you’re missing one or more puzzle pieces, JvH Ontbrekende Stukjes (Missing Pieces) offers the possibility to find the missing piece.
Visit the website www.ontbrekendestukjes.nl and fill out the form. You will receive an email informing you whether the missing piece is there or not. If you haven’t received anythink, please check your spam folder.

You’re missing a piece from a Jan van Haasteren puzzle from 3000 or 5000 pieces.
Please send an email to ontbrekendstukje3000en5000@outlook.com and include the following:
* Name and address
* Title of the puzzle, item number and number of pieces
* A sharp, well-exposed phote perpendicular from above with about 7 pieces on each side of the missing piece, so not an overview photo
* A close-up taken perpendicularly of the bottom left corner of the completed puzzle (again approximately 7 pieces above the corner and 7 to the right of the corner)
A small fee is charged for this service: €2.00 for the first piece and €0.50 for each subsequent piece, €1.21 for shipping costs within the Netherlands and international shipping costs are €1.90
Did you not receive an automatic response message? Check your spam box. If you do not find an email from us there either, then your email has not been received correctly. Please check the email address and try again!
Please note: If you are missing a piece and you want to submit a request to us, DO NOT immediately store the complete puzzle. We may ask for an extra photo or a clearer photo to help find the right piece. If the puzzle is in the way, at least take the pieces of the puzzle with the missing piece and part on the left bottom and set them aside. Another advantage is that when a piece is sent you can immediately check whether it fits. we report this because it often happens that the puzzle has already been put away.

What a pity you are missing a piece of one of the 24 puzzles in the Advent calendar. If you purchased the puzzle from JvH-puzzles we offer the service of sending the missing piece with a next order.
Send an email to info@jvh-puzzels.nl and state the folowing in your email:
* Order number
* A sharp, well-lit photo perpendicular from above of the puzzle in question
If you did not buy the Advent kalender from us, I must refer you back to the store of purchase.
